- Domestic orders (shipped to the United States) are shipped via Priority Mail, and delivery can be expected between 2-3 business days after an order has been shipped.
- International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. Delivery for internationally orders can take between 7-15 business days after an order has been shipped.

- All DVD and Blu-Ray sets in our catalog are produced from overseas manufacturers and are mastered from various sources when not commercially available.
- Picture quality for all of our sets is clearly stated on each product’s information page and may vary for a specific set’s episodes depending on the master source.
- Screenshots are available for every DVD and Blu-Ray set that we sell and are intended to give a general idea of the product’s quality.
Payments & Processing
- Once an order has been placed, processing begins immediately and your credit card will be charged. Order processing generally takes between 1-3 business days before the order is shipped. If there is a problem with your order during this processing time, you will be notified via email.
- Generally all products are in stock if they are listed on our website. In the rare case that the product you ordered is out of stock, additional processing time may be required.
Returns & Replacements

- If after you receive your DVDs or Blu-Ray discs you find that there is a defect in the product, we will gladly make every attempt to replace your set with another in a timely manner.
- DVD and Blu-Ray sets may only be exchanged with the same set in case of a defect or problem. Refunds and exchanges for different sets are not allowed.
