When I first found this site, I had a really hard time trying to decide between this DVD version of X-Men Evolution or the Blu-Ray version. The screenshots of both versions look amazing. Since the DVD version is a little cheaper, and all my friends have DVD players, I chose this one since it would be a little more compatible for my needs. I think I made the right choice. It looks great even on my 65″ 4k TV.

I disagree with the other reviewer, I actually think X-Men Evolution is BETTER than the 90s series! It’s probably because I grew up with this version and I watched it first. That always happens. 🙂 But one thins I do agree with them is that the video and audio quality is top notch. Definitely the 5 out of 5 in both categories like they said. Packaging was also really nice and the menus and artwork are really cool as well.

I’m a HUGE X-Men fan. I’ve watched every episode of every series. X-Men Evolution is a great show. It’s my second favorite after the 90s X-Men series. This set does it a great justice as it finally compiles ever single episode into a perfect DVD set. VIDEO QUALITY: 5/5. AUDIO QUALITY: 5/5. SHOW QUALITY: 4/5

I was really surprised by how nice this set was. With only 4 DVDs I was a little hesitant that the quality would be bad or it would be too compressed or something. I’m happy to say I was wrong! This set looks better than most of the episodes I’ve seen online. They really put some time into cleaning it up and making it crisp and sharp. Even the menus and everything look so professional. Very happy with my purchase.
